In our initial assessment we will evaluate you as a whole person. We will start with getting a comprehensive health history. Then we will evaluate your current lifestyle and nutritional concerns. Together we will come with a plan to use nutrition to improve health and wellbeing.

Comprehensive Analysis
Initiating at $99/Hour
The comprehensive analysis appointment is used to follow up after the initial appointment. It includes an assessment of blood work and a follow-up on the nutritional plan set in the initial appointment.

In-depth Evaluation
Initiating at $149/Hour and a Half
The in-depth evaluation is for clients who have concerns that may need more time to be addressed. This appointment is great for clients who want a deeper understanding of nutrition.
